Today we were psyched to have Butch back. He did pay for his prolonged absence though:

20 Ring Rows
20 Decline Push-ups (or the regular variety if you need to)
40 Squats
Level 1: Scale to 10-20-30
AMRAP in 20 min.

Apparently the workout was tough - half the group seems to have lost track of their rounds.
