Warmup was a seven station circuit:
Run 100 yards
Jump Rope
Pushups
Ball Slams
Situps
SDLHP
Burpee
Skill Work:
Kettlebell Clean Progressions
We finished with
Level 1:
5 Swings
5 Front Squats
Run 100 yards
Level 2:
10 Wall Ball Substitute
Run 100 yards
AMRAP in 10 minutes. Post number of rounds to comments.
