We did a lot of skill work today on dumbbell cleans leading into dumbell burpees (DB pushup+clean+thruster).

5 Dumbbell Burpees
5 Jumping Lunges (per leg)
5 Ring Rows

Level 1: Add 2 reps each round
Level 2: Add 5 reps each round

AMRAP in 15 min.

We finished off the workout with two laps for time.

It was a killer today. Some called me cruel. Even Wil, who I discussed the workout with yesterday, denied all responsibility for it. Nice job everyone.

    Great work, y’all - you really embraced the challenge and attacked it head on! Form on the DB Cleans is coming along nicely.
