We started with some skill work on the Kettlebell Clean and Press and then got into the workout:

  • Jumping Ball Slams
  • Spiderman Pushups (modify as necessary)
  • Floor Wipers
  • SDLHP (Optional: substitute KB Clean and Press)

22-16-10 for time.

Many had never done these exercises before but tackled the challenge head on.

Apparently there was a misunderstanding and some people (see Wil) thought that we were doing the KB Clean and Press in addition to the SDLHP.

We finished the workout with 3 1/2 minutes of planks.
