20 seconds work with 10 sec rest for 8 straight sets
Complete all 8 sets of one exercise before moving to the next.
Your “score” is the least amount of reps you get on any one set.

  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Squats
  • Ring Rows

We finished up with some team races:
2 rounds of:
Run a lap
100 Jumping Chins
100 Bench Dips

Each person does as many reps as they can at a time without slowing down (max 20) until they are done.
Team Catlyn and Ian wins!
