For time:

  • 50 Squats + Run 400m
  • 50 Squats + 50 Chin-to-Knees + Run 400m
  • 50 Squats + 50 Chin-to-Knees + 50 Pushups + Run 400m
  • 50 Walking Lunges (total) + Run 400m
  • 50 Walking Lunges + 50 Bench Dips + Run 400m
  • 50 Walking Lunges + 50 Bench Dips + 50 Ring Rows + Run 400m

  3. I didn’t make it this morning, but the workout looked like so much fun I tried it this afternoon. I got it in 42mins 38seconds
