  • Run 400m
  • 15 Bench Dips
  • Walking Lunges 20 yards
  • 15 Push-ups
  • Broad Jumps 20 yards
  • 15 Squats
  • Run 30 yards
  • 15 Swings
  • 15 Sit-ups

AMRAP 25 min. Post rounds to comments.

Team Races:
Team A does 60 high pulls (total) while Team B does as many burpees as possible. Switch and repeat. Team with most burpees wins.
