CrossFit Old Town Day 2

Today was the second day of our visit to CrossFit Old Town. We did some interval training as Jerry put us through his workout “Gauntlet”:
Once through for time:

Row 350m
30 Squats
25 KB Swings (55lbs/24kg)
20 Jumping Ball Slams
15 Pushpress (30lb dumbells)
10 Pull-ups
5 Burpees
