“Nancy” at CFOT
Sunday, July 13th, 2008Eric and I wrapped up our visit to Jerry Hill’s CrossFit Old Town today. We started with some strength training and skill work, working L-Sit Pullups, Ring Dips, and Overhead Squats.
From there we moved on to the Workout of the Day:
