It was in the high 90s this morning, with a heat index of 101. Congrats to Catlyn for being the only member brave enough to venture out into the heat for a morning kettlebell workout!

Warmup:
400 m run
Mini circuit - 45 seconds at each station for 2 rounds
- Broad Jumps
- In & Outs
- Dumbbell Push Press (25 lbs)
- Bicycle Crunches
- Ball Slams (15 lbs)

WOD:
10 Kettlebell Swings (M:24K W:16K)
1 Burpee
Add a burpee each round until you get to 10 swings + 10 burpees
