Today we were happy to welcome Karla to the team for her first workout!
Great job today, Karla!

Either do:

“Barbara”
20 Pullups*
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
5 rounds for time. Post times to comments.
* Substitue 40 jumping chins for pullups if necessary

Or:

“Conditioning”
10 or 20 jumping chins
15 Pushups
20 Situps
25 Squats
AMRAP in 20 min

Barbara:
Paul 31:55 four rounds (modified)
John 32:34 four rounds (modified)

Conditioning:
Butch 6 rounds + 2 after time was called
Karla 1.5 rounds

  3. BTW…we heard you gave Butch a hard time for being lazy and low and behold he returned. NICE JOB! We’ll have to send you to go find anyone else that doesn’t show up regularly.

  4. Karla actually had excellent form with just about everything she did. She also kept full ROM on everything even when she got tired and her ROM on the jumping chins actually got BETTER as the workout went on. I was very impressed.
