CrossFit South Philly WOD

Come Get Some. Rinse. Repeat.

Today was the second day of our visit to CrossFit Old Town. We did some interval training as Jerry put us through his workout “Gauntlet”:
Once through for time:

  • Row 350m
  • 30 Squats
  • 25 KB Swings (55lbs/24kg)
  • 20 Jumping Ball Slams
  • 15 Pushpress (30lb dumbells)
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 5 Burpees

It was a mad dash through and I really enjoyed it. I was still extremely sore from yesterday and only went through twice. Most people went through 3 times but Wil decided to go through 4. It’s hard to believe we’ve only been here two days. We’ve learned a huge amount from Jerry that we’ll be taking back with us to Philly.
