We did some skill work with ring supports and then got into today’s workout:

4 rounds for time of:

Level 1:
30 In-and-outs
20 Jumping Squats
15 Push-ups
10 KB Swings

Level 2:
30 In-and-Outs
20 Squat Tuck Jumps
25 Push-ups
15 KB Swings

Each time you change exercises, hold a ring support for 10 sec. before going to the next
