Skill Work: Kipping Pull-ups (We saw some great improvements)

  • 35 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (M-24k, W-16k)
  • 30 Squats
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings (M-24k, W-16k)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 15 Dumbbell Push Press (M-30lb, W-20lb)
  • 10 Pullups
  • 5 Broad Jumps

An all out sprint of 1 round for time.
John and Pete didn’t get enough so went for a second round each.
