- 35 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (M-24k, W-16k)
- 30 Squats
- 25 Kettlebell Swings (M-24k, W-16k)
- 20 Burpees
- 15 Dumbbell Push Press (M-30lb, W-20lb)
- 10 Pullups
- 5 Broad Jumps
An all out sprint of 1 round for time.
