  • Run 400m
  • Broad Jump 20m

number of broad jumps = number of reps of each exercise:

  • Squat
  • Situp
  • Step Up (per leg)
  • Pushup

x 4 rounds

After a tough workout on Monday, Onur was back for more and raring to go!
He finished the four rounds in 17:41 (with 12 jumps).

And if that wasn’t enough, Onur finished off the evening with 20 barrier jump burpees… using Wil as the barrier!
