This one was inspired by Hamburgesa, one of CF Santa Cruz Central’s Workouts. We were overdue on Ring Dips so we replaced the pull-ups with them. At first the workout seemed totally random, but I finally figured it out. For those that are as slow as me, the bread is comprised of a round of “Cindy”/”Chelsea” followed by a 200m run, followed by a round of “Helen”. The burger is comprised of a half-”Karen”.
- 5 Ring Dips
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
- 200m Run
- 12 Ring Dips
- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 400m Run
- 75 Wall Ball Shots
- 400m Run
- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 12 Ring Dips
- 200m Run
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 5 Ring Dips
Talissa was the only one who showed up today so Wil worked out with her and she got some personal training from me. It’s always great having Talissa. Besides being one great athlete, she’s extremely dedicated and lots of fun.
