Sit, Slam, and Sprint

Today’s workout was adapted from CF Old Town’s Slam and Sprint WOD.

For time:

  • 50 sit-ups
  • 3 rounds of:
    • 25 Jumping Ball Slams
    • 400m Sprint
  • 50 sit-ups

Everyone was really pushing today. Those 400m especially were covered fast by everyone.
