Today’s workout was adapted from CF Old Town’s Slam and Sprint WOD.
For time:
- 50 sit-ups
- 3 rounds of:
- 25 Jumping Ball Slams
- 400m Sprint
- 50 sit-ups
Everyone was really pushing today. Those 400m especially were covered fast by everyone.
