Under the Bridge

When we meet CrossFitters from other places, often the question we get is “are you the guys under the bridge?” Apparently that’s what we’re known for, even though we only work out there one day a week. Well I guess we’re going to have to get known for something else. Pretty soon, we’ll be hanging our rings from the steel beams of our new space.

WOD:
5 rounds for time of

  • 21 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 15 Jumping Ball Slams
  • 9 Ring Dips

John did awesome today! He flew through the workout in less time then I thought it would take - 15:32 - and was pushing hard the whole time. He’s made tremendous improvements. Despite living far away and only being able to make it twice a week, he has been extremely dedicated and it really shows. We told him we have to get a heavier kettlebell for him.
