Fran

We’re continuing our trend of “WODs we love to hate” by hitting a CrossFit classic: Fran.
No matter what your ability level, having a go at Fran is guaranteed to mess. you. up.

As one of our Benchmarks, it’s great to see people hitting PRs on this one, like John and Rob K did this morning. Great work, guys!

Finisher:
For time, 400 m sprint at 100% effort.
Complete 2 times, making sure you are fully recovered before each effort.

    Now Will, I gave you a lot of credit when you used the 28k kettlebell, but 85lbs!!! What’s up with that???

    I’m having some shoulder issues, and doing thrusters aggravates things. I thought it would be best to scale in order to avoid injury.

    Next time I’ll hit it Rx’d - you can hold me to that!

    Theres no old timers here at crossfit south philly! I dont wanna hear that again! lol Jim congrats on killin your previous PR man! I’ll give ya a pat on your back as well but we can’t pat WILL on the back cause he used 85lbs sooo hahaha just kiddin buddy!
