Pat’s B-day Workout
3..2..1…
Wil was hoping to give Pat (and anyone that else showed up) a doozy for his 30th Birthday. The first thing that occurred to him when he heard 30 was “Grace” - but that wasn’t enough. He decided to take it apart and add in some ball slams, box jumps, and pullups.
Happy birthday, Pat. We’re glad you didn’t lose your cake.
