We started with a Kettlebell Swing Tabata:
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 straight sets.
This is a sellout - go for total reps

After that it was time for the WOD:

Run 400 m
50 Squats
4 rounds for time

Everyone finished the WOD in under 20 minutes - great job! Sorry, no pics - left the camera home today.

Option A: Kettlebell Circuit

5 rounds for time of:
5 Swings (per arm)
5 High Pulls (per arm)
5 Cleans (per arm)
5 Snatches (per arm)
*Substitute Presses for Snatches if necessary

Option B: Conditioning Circuit
5 rounds for time of:
20 Situps
15 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Box Jumps
5 Burpees

We had a great crew this morning, and no matter which option they chose everyone worked hard and gave it their all. Catlyn and Pete S. stayed after class to work on hand-to-hand kettlebell techniques, too.
