What made you decide to join Fearless Athletics and how long have you been a member?

I drank the Kool-Aid and have been a member for about 5 months. I joined to continuously stay in shape for the many hobbies I do, which include rock climbing, snowboarding, soccer, and training for running/triathlon events.

What are your fitness goals?

Complete an Ironman.

Talk to us about your athletic background. What did you do prior to training at Fearless Athletics?

I followed the fitness rules of Dom Mazzetti. If you don’t know who he is, then I highly suggest you check him out.

What type of diet do you follow?

My diet during the week is pretty basic and consists of chicken, broccoli and brown rice. I do a lot of meal prepping and it helps me stay on track so I can destroy my body on weekends.

Favorite movements in the CrossFit program?

I’m still a newb so I’ve been taking the time to learn the proper progressions for the bigger skills and tricks. It’s a lot of fun learning the small parts and understanding how my body moves. I really enjoyed learning the bar muscle-up and pistol.

Least favorite?

Rowing!

Tell us one thing that most people don’t know about you.

I am a unique mutt. Half Japanese/ Greek. I got that ambiguous look.

How has being a member of Fearless Athletics impacted your life?

Spending less money on booze and women to afford the CrossFit life. The cost of the gear is bananas!
