Dave’s Birthday WOD
On Friday we celebrated Dave’s birthday with a WOD inspired by the US Army Physical Fitness Test.

2 rounds of:
- 1 mile Run for time
- 2 minutes of Pushups for max reps
- 2 minutes of Situps for max reps
Rest 3 minutes between rounds

I seem to have a knack for not coming on days that involve a vomit inducing run….perhaps I shouldn’t have committed this comment to writing….
This wod is at least four times harder than the real thing, and I think the situps made the run a lot more grueling in the second round. If this was an actual test, this would the first time I ever came close to failing. lol Thanks Wil for another great workout.
Due to my mathematical challenges, I couldn’t quite figure out the AFPT Standards scoring. I would have done better on the pushups if I didn’t have to sub rowing for the running right now.
