Yoga for Fearless Athletes is a high energy yoga practice designed specifically for athletes - by athletes. By combining the isometric contraction and muscular endurance of body weight training, breathing, conscious movement and flexibility, you will be led through a dynamic blend of alignment based poses geared for athletes.
Yoga gives us the opportunity to slow down and deepen the connection to our body-mind, which leads to a more efficient, determined, and well rounded athlete.
Space is limited to 30 participants and is reserved for members of Fearless Athletics.
