Gymnastics and More Fun

It was a conditioning day at CFSP, with an initial focus on improving some of the basic foundations of gymnastics exercises. From there we hit a conditioning workout and really tested our cardiorespiratory endurance.

Dennis is back in Philly for winter break, and hit his first WOD at CFSP. Irina moved up to a higher box and a heavier kettlebell! Nice work, y’all.

Kipping Pullups
Max Reps x 3 rounds

Ring Supports
Max Time x 3 rounds

WOD
“Row, Jump & Swing”
5 rounds for time of:

  • 250 m Row
  • 20 Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24k / 15k)
