Paleo/Primal Blueprint Potluck
Hosted by Catlyn, Julia, and Kristin
When: Saturday, June 12th, 6-11pm
Where: Catlyn’s house in South Philly (address will be posted on the board at the box)
Learn more about the Paleo and Primal Blueprint nutritional approaches by making and tasting some yummy food and hanging out with your Crossfit buddies!
Each attendee should contribute at least one Paleo or Primal dish. If you’re not sure what to make, our Nutrition blog on the website has several recipes contributed by our members. You can also find some great recipes at:

Please RSVP here with the number of additional friends/dates who will be coming with you and the dish you plan to bring, so we can hopefully avoid duplication. If you’re not exactly sure what you’ll be bringing, just give a best guess, i.e., “salad,” “chicken,” etc.
Beverages (including some not-so-Paleo ones!) and access to a grill will be provided. You may wish to bring any specific beverages you’d like to drink and a folding/camping chair.

Well this sounds like a blast. Too bad I will be out of town. Have fun and eat lots of meat!
I’ll bring the Primal Broccoli and Bacon Salad I made for Pete’s block party… but I’ll add more bacon this time around!
i will be making spatchcocked chicken. yes, you will really want to eat it. no, it does not require the presence of males to be made properly.
This sounds like such an awesome time, but I will be out of town that weekend! Man you guys have the best outings when I can’t go to them!LOL
That just means we’ll have to do it another time in the fall!
To entice everyone else further, I will be making some little grass-fed burgers (with lettuce wrappers, of course); homemade Paleo condiments such as mayo, roasted tomato/pepper ketchup, and guacamole; marinated grilled shrimp; and a selection of beverages.
If someone brings me a waffle iron, I might attempt making Paleo waffle cones for Paleo ice cream. =D
