TGUs and a B-D-B Tabata
A couple of folks have been using a loaded barbell for their Turkish Getups lately — it adds a whole new dimension to the movement. Keeping that bar balanced and stable is tricky, but when you see someone doing a barbell TGU it looks pretty darn cool.
Warmup
Rolling - Thorassic Spine
Joint Prep
Gymnastics Day 2
Strength WOD
Turkish Getups
Practice for 15 minutes.
Work up to 35 - 40% of your bodyweight.

- Deadlift Tabata, 1 round (185 / 135)
- Burpee Tabata, 1 round
One round of Tabata = 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 straight sets.
Rest one minute between rounds.
Your score is the lowest number of reps achieved in any one set of each exercise.
Repeating an exercise in a tabata - genius, or just plain evil? Post your thoughts to comments!

Yup, it’s true, I look “pretty darn cool”
Left my watch near the 25lb plates when I was doing burpees for Rob K, let me know if anyone finds it.
