Pam joined Fearless Athletics in January 2013 and immediately stood out to the entire coaching staff for her mental toughness and physical capacity during the On-Ramp. As the following months progressed, she flourished into a leader both within the gym and in our community. When looking for a new adventure and a way to challenge herself outside of her athletic background as a marathoner and competitive soccer and softball player, Pam chose Fearless Athletics. As a trainer, she loves when her athletes reach their goals and has a sense of accomplishment, whether big or small.
Name something funny about yourself that most people don’t know:
“When I’m in the middle of a workout, I’m likely doing math equations to figure out what I need to do to increase performance. That, or trying to figure out how Kim and Kanye can make their marriage last.”
What are your specific goals in your own training?
“Work hard everyday. Continue to improve and challenge myself by getting stronger and learning new movements. I want to be a multi-functional athlete: strong, fast and flexible.”
