CrossFit Football Total
We got this version of the Total from CrossFit Football.
Once again, Kate proved that she is a force to be reckoned with, hitting a 200 lb. Back Squat and a 315 Deadlift! Nicole, MB, & Samantha all went significantly higher on their deadlifts as well. Nice work, ladies!

1 Rep Max of:
- Power Clean
- Back Squat (Low Bar)
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
You get three attempts at each lift. Your score is the weight used for the best attempt.

From the pic, it looks like Kate actually did a 325 deadlift vice the whiteboard recorded 315…
She used a Women’s Oly bar. I’m sure she’ll hit 325 next time though!
I didn’t know it was low bar back squat?
Wasn’t this the day that i did an unassisted pull up instead of the cleans?? If so…can i have my “shout out” please? Pretty Please?
