Huge Props for Lesha!

On Saturday, Lesha accomplished a goal that she’s been working on for some time now - her first muscle up!!! This makes Lesha the first woman at CFSP to get a muscle up… who’s next?

Strength WOD

Advanced: 3 - 3 - 3
Beginners: 5 - 5 - 5

Conditioning WOD
5 rounds, each for time of:

  • 20m - 40m - 20m Shuttle Sprint
  • 8 Kettlebell Swings (32k / 24k)
  • 16 Puhsups

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Burpee Challenge
Day: 5
Burpees: 10
