Huge Props for Lesha!
On Saturday, Lesha accomplished a goal that she’s been working on for some time now - her first muscle up!!! This makes Lesha the first woman at CFSP to get a muscle up… who’s next?

- 8 Kettlebell Swings (32k / 24k)
- 16 Puhsups
