K2E, Jerks, and Doubles
On Thursday we were visited by Mark from BTB Fitness in Atlanta. Good to see you, Mark - stop by whenever you’re in town! Also Josh, who visited for several weeks last summer, is back in town and hitting some WODs with us. Conditioning WOD
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 5 Knees to Elbows
- 10 Push Jerks (95 / 65)
- 15 Double Unders
This was Patrick‘s first WOD with Double Unders - good job, Patrick! Also, Michi did the WOD as Rx’d! That’s great work!
