Oly Work
On Saturday we worked on some Olympic Lifts. Beginners did some skill work that will prepare them for the full lifts, while the advanced folks took on the Clean and Jerk.

- 250 m Row
Scaling options: L1) 3 rounds. L2) 3 rounds of 10 Wall Ball and 175 m Row.

Sorry to bug, but do you guys have scores for Saturday?
Not sure - sometimes the photos I take are impossible to make out which is why they don’t get posted. I’ll see if I can find your scores but it might take a day or so.
If it helps Kate, I believe you a had 105lb or 110lb 5 rep C&J.
